National Trust- Student sundays

That first breath of fresh air after a wild Saturday night. The relief after walking off that greasy kebab devoured in the AM. We know how it feels.

‘Around 40-60% of students spend a significant portion of their Sunday in bed or lounging at home after a heavy Saturday night out.’

Nature helps to heal, and the National Trust is here to help students reconnect and recover. No more Sundays spent rotting in bed, staring at the same four walls with the hangxiety looming over your head from the night before.

We’re aiming to get students down to local National Trust parks, touching some grass, hugging some trees and feeling inspired by the sights which surround them.

Our idea supports everyone, if it’s a brisk wake up walk or a whole day immersed in nature and history, escaping reality. Taking advantage of their Saturday night antics we’re targeting them as they start to feel a litte worse for wear.
